Tyler

Tyler Wooten is a pastor, itinerant preacher, executive leadership coach, church consultant, and certified personal trainer based in Van Alstyne, Texas, in the North Dallas area, and he leads the Greenhaus Leadership Network.

Since preaching his first sermon in 2009, Tyler has ministered in churches, conferences, camps, colleges, boardrooms, retreats, and business workshops. He is known for passionate, Spirit-filled preaching that is deeply biblical and refreshingly relatable, with messages on revival, awakening, the Gospel, and Kingdom leadership.

As a certified coach and consultant, he helps pastors, business owners, executives, and teams build clarity, healthy culture, and sustainable momentum in mind, body, and spirit through one-on-one coaching, church and organizational consulting, team workshops, and keynotes.

Tyler and his wife, Jalie, are raising their two sons, Dominion and Valor, in Van Alstyne. Tyler also serves on church boards as well as the Van Alstyne Education Foundation board.

Coaching & Consulting

Who is coaching for?

Pastors, business owners, executives, ministry leaders, and anyone who wants to grow as a leader, at work, at home, and in their health.

Do we meet in person or online?

Both. Tyler meets in person across Van Alstyne and North Texas, and online or by phone with clients anywhere.

Do you coach international clients?

Yes. Tyler coaches clients around the world virtually. All coaching is offered in English.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Tyler offers single sessions, coaching programs, and retainers, so you can choose what fits your goals and your season.

Do you consult with churches?

Yes. Tyler consults with churches, pastors, and leadership teams on vision, structure, systems, staff health, and growth, in person across North Texas or virtually.

Do you work with organizations and executives?

Yes. In addition to single sessions, Tyler offers a limited number of retainers for organizations and executives: ongoing leadership coaching and support for leaders and teams over time.

How often do we meet?

It varies by need. Rhythm and length are set together on your first call.

Are coaching conversations confidential?

Always. Everything shared in coaching sessions stays between you and Tyler.

Is coaching the same as counseling or therapy?

No. Tyler is a coach, not a licensed counselor or therapist. Coaching focuses on growth, goals, and next steps. If you’re facing something that needs clinical care, Tyler will gladly encourage you to connect with a licensed professional.

Do you offer marriage or family coaching?

No. Coaching through Tyler Wooten, LLC focuses on personal and organizational leadership and does not include relationship, marriage, or family coaching.

Is coaching faith-based?

Tyler’s coaching is rooted in his faith, and everyone is welcome. Faith is part of the conversation as much as you want it to be.

How do I get the most out of coaching?

Come with a goal you care about, be honest about where you are, and follow through between sessions. The growth happens in the doing, and Tyler will be in your corner the whole way.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes. As a certified personal trainer, Tyler offers fitness training through Luxury Lifestyle Training in McKinney, Texas.

What kinds of events does Tyler speak at?

Sunday services, conferences, camps, colleges, retreats, staff and leadership events, corporate gatherings, panels, and podcasts.

Does Tyler preach Sunday services?

Yes. Along with conferences, camps, and special events, Tyler is available to preach Sunday services.

What does Tyler believe?

Tyler’s ministry is grounded in the Word of God. He believes the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God and the foundation for life and leadership. He believes in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, and in the present-day work of the Holy Spirit, including the gifts of the Spirit, operating in love, order, and alignment with Scripture.

Can Tyler preach with an interpreter?

Yes. Tyler speaks English only, and he has preached alongside interpreters many times. If your event needs interpretation, mention it in your request.

Does Tyler speak at virtual events?

Yes. Tyler is available for online events, conferences, trainings, and podcasts.

How far in advance should we book?

At least 2 months before your event. The earlier you reach out, the better the chance your date is open.

What is Tyler’s honorarium?

Honorariums vary by event. Share your budget in your request, and we’ll talk it through on our call.

What about travel?

Travel costs vary by event. Travel, meals, and lodging are covered by the host. Events an hour or more’s drive from Dallas–Fort Worth require a hotel.

Can the message be tailored to our audience?

Yes. Every talk is shaped around your theme, your audience, and what you want people to walk away with.

Does Tyler lead worship?

Tyler doesn’t offer worship leading, but his wife, Jalie, does. Mention it in your request if you’d like to ask about her availability.

Will Tyler have a resource table?

Depending on the season, likely. If so, it will be coordinated with you ahead of your event.
