Tyler

Tyler Wooten is a pastor, itinerant preacher, and church consultant based in Van Alstyne, Texas, in the North Dallas area. He is a certified executive, life, and agile coach and a certified personal trainer, and he leads the Greenhaus Leadership Network.

Since preaching his first sermon in 2009, Tyler has ministered in churches, conferences, camps, colleges, boardrooms, retreats, and business workshops. He is known for passionate, Spirit-filled preaching that is deeply biblical and refreshingly relatable, with messages on revival, awakening, the Gospel, and Kingdom leadership.

As a coach and consultant, he helps pastors, business owners, executives, and teams build clarity, healthy culture, and sustainable momentum in mind, body, and spirit through one-on-one coaching, church and organizational consulting, team workshops, and keynotes.

Tyler and his wife, Jalie, are raising their two sons, Dominion and Valor, in Van Alstyne. Tyler also serves on church boards as well as the Van Alstyne Education Foundation board.

Who is coaching for?

What are Tyler’s coaching credentials?

Tyler is a certified executive, life, and agile coach.

Do we meet in person or online?

Both. Tyler meets in person across Van Alstyne and North Texas, and online or by phone with clients anywhere.

Do you coach international clients?

Yes. Tyler coaches clients around the world virtually. All coaching is offered in English.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Tyler offers single sessions, coaching programs, and retainers, so you can choose what fits your goals and your season.

Do you offer team workshops for local businesses?

Yes. Tyler leads team development workshops and talks for local businesses and organizations across North Texas, shaped around your team and what you want to improve.

Do you consult with churches?

Yes. Tyler consults with churches, pastors, and leadership teams on vision, structure, systems, staff health, and growth, in person across North Texas or virtually.

Do you work with organizations and executives?

Yes. In addition to single sessions, Tyler offers a limited number of retainers for organizations and executives: ongoing leadership coaching and support for leaders and teams over time.

It varies by need. Rhythm and length are set together on your first call.

Are coaching conversations confidential?

Always. Everything shared in coaching sessions stays between you and Tyler.

Is coaching the same as counseling or therapy?

No. Tyler is a coach, not a licensed counselor or therapist. Coaching focuses on growth, goals, and next steps. If you’re facing something that needs clinical care, Tyler will gladly encourage you to connect with a licensed professional.

Do you offer marriage or family coaching?

No. Coaching through Tyler Wooten, LLC focuses on personal and organizational leadership and does not include relationship, marriage, or family coaching.

Is coaching faith-based?

Tyler’s coaching is rooted in his faith, and everyone is welcome. Faith is part of the conversation as much as you want it to be.

How do I get the most out of coaching?

Come with a goal you care about, be honest about where you are, and follow through between sessions. The growth happens in the doing, and Tyler will be in your corner the whole way.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes. As a certified personal trainer, Tyler offers fitness training through Luxury Lifestyle Training in McKinney, Texas.
