Rather than trying to do more, leaders learn how to do what matters most. Through private coaching sessions, time audits, and practical planning tools, leaders gain clarity around their calendar, commitments, and energy.

This coaching includes access to the Time Mastery 101 course and actionable frameworks leaders can immediately apply.

THE PORCH (The Greenhaus Leadership Network)

Duration: Ongoing membership (month-to-month)

The Porch is the front door to The Greenhaus Leadership Network. It’s a community-centered environment designed to encourage leaders, foster connection, and provide steady spiritual and leadership support.

Members receive access to the Porch community and one live Porch call per month focused on teaching, discussion, and prayer. This space is designed to keep leaders encouraged, connected, and grounded without a heavy time commitment.

The Porch is ideal for leaders who want consistent input and community while remaining flexible in their schedule.

THE DEN (The Greenhaus Leadership Network)

Duration: Ongoing membership (month-to-month)

The Den is a structured leadership development environment for leaders who want practical training, tools, and consistent growth. It includes everything in The Porch, plus deeper leadership development.

Members receive two live training calls per month, along with immediate access to core courses including The Momentum Blueprint and Time Mastery 101, as well as dozens of previous trainings and leadership resources.

The Den is built for leaders who want more than encouragement. It’s for those ready to grow intentionally through structured teaching and real-world application.

THE STUDY (The Greenhaus Leadership Network) | COMING 2026

Duration: Ongoing, application-based membership

The Study is the highest-level environment inside The Greenhaus Leadership Network. It is a premium, application-based leadership ecosystem designed for leaders who want real growth, not just more content.

The Study combines mentoring, training, community, and coaching into one fully supported environment with priority-level access. Members receive full access to The Porch and The Den, including monthly and bi-monthly calls, as well as weekly live Office Hours where leaders can bring real-time leadership, ministry, or life questions for coaching and workshopping.

In addition, members receive monthly 1:1 20-minute check-ins, weekly accountability, priority text access, and a Full Focus Planner mailed at enrollment. Members also gain access to a personal leadership curriculum PDF vault made up of dozens of resources personally written and used by Tyler to train leaders around the world for several years.

THE MOMENTUM BLUEPRINT COACHING (INDIVIDUAL)

Duration: 12 weeks (bi-weekly sessions)

Momentum Blueprint Coaching is a 12-week executive coaching engagement designed to help leaders gain clarity, alignment, and sustainable momentum.

Leaders work through four foundational pillars: vision, mission, strategy, and values. This structured process allows leaders to align their personal life and leadership with their calling and responsibilities.

This engagement includes private coaching sessions, Den-level Greenhaus access, and immediate access to core courses. Leaders leave with a personalized Momentum Blueprint they can use long after the engagement ends.

Ideal for leaders experiencing misalignment, early signs of burnout, or major leadership transitions.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

Duration: Half-day (3–4 hours) or Full-day (6–7 hours)

The Momentum Blueprint for Organizations & Teams is a strategic alignment engagement designed to help leadership teams clarify direction and move forward together.

Delivered over a two-month period, this engagement applies The Momentum Blueprint framework at the organizational level. Leadership teams work through vision, mission, strategy, and values to establish shared direction and unified execution.

Each departmental leader receives access to The Momentum Blueprint course, ensuring shared language and consistency across teams.

Ideal for organizations experiencing growth, transition, or misalignment and needing clarity before scaling.

LEADERSHIP COACHING RETAINER

Duration: Ongoing (month-to-month)

The Leadership Coaching Retainer provides ongoing advisory support following a consulting or alignment engagement.

The retainer includes two leadership touches per month, which may include executive meetings, team development workshops, strategic planning sessions, or advisory conversations. Touches may be virtual or in person based on organizational needs.

As long as the retainer remains active, leaders retain Den-level Greenhaus access, ensuring continued training and support.

CHURCH CONSULTING

Duration: 12 weeks (weekly sessions)

Church Consulting is a 12-week executive-level consulting engagement designed for church plants and established churches preparing for their next season of growth.

This engagement includes weekly working sessions focused on building essential systems, leadership structures, culture, and growth pathways needed for long-term health. The goal is to prepare the church for a sustainable five-year trajectory.
